Responsibilities & Context:
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
✅ Manage Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid campaigns
✅ Lead marketing operations, CRM management, and lead tracking processes
✅ Analyze campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports
✅ Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead generation and conversion rates
✅ Coordinate with content, design, and admissions teams
✅ Manage social media platforms and online brand presence
✅ Monitor marketing KPIs and ensure achievement of business goals
🎯 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations
✔ Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
✔ Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
✔ Experience in education, training, or service-based industries will be an advantage
