Responsibilities & Context:
Fresh Graduates/ Running University students are highly recommended to apply
Task & Workflow Management
Maintain a daily To-Do List to ensure smooth and structured operations.
Document and record all activities for accountability and tracking.
Financial Management
Maintain and update Daily Ledger.
Prepare Monthly Income Sheets at the end of each month.
Create and manage Salary Sheets, Commission Sheets, Penalty Sheets, and Leave Sheets.
Maintain and monitor Due Sheets for clear financial tracking.
Inventory & Product Oversight
Regularly update and manage Inventory Records.
Maintain an up-to-date Product List.
Team Management & Communication
Lead the team to achieve monthly targets.
Motivate and support employees to meet performance goals.
Coordinate with and inform instructors daily regarding their tasks or schedules
Respond to potential candidates and interested parties via social media messaging platforms.
Client Relations & Front Desk Duties
Attend to visitors and manage follow-ups effectively.
