∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ At Least 02 (Two) years working experience door to door services by sea and Air both Sector at any import company.
∎ Skilled in both English and Bengali & strong communication
∎ Communication and collaboration Persuasion skills, Professionalism Hardworking, problem solving skills sales target, customer service, c.
∎ Ability to work in and handle fast paced diverse situations.
∎ Ability to Work under Pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide support to customers to import products directly from the factory and Chinese local market (By Air & Sea) 0f China to Dhaka warehouse of MR International.
∎ Communicate effectively with various clients.
∎ We are looking for some young, dynamic and energetic peoples for the marketing and sales department who must have at least 02 years experiences. 2 years' experience in the field marketing.
∎ Visit Corporate Customers & Business Partners, Preparing offer Letter/ Quotation, Follow up Clients, and close the deal.
∎ Should have a positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship development.
∎ Be able to maintain a good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team-up building spirit.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
