Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the overall operations of the amusement park/resort and ensure smooth daily functioning.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and increase profitability.
Lead, supervise, and motivate department heads and staff to maintain high performance.
Ensure exceptional guest experience, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets, operational costs, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to increase visitor engagement and revenue.
Monitor maintenance of facilities, rides, and infrastructure to ensure operational excellence.
Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
