Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all aspects of resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
∎ Ensure an exceptional guest experience by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and improving services.
∎ Prepare and manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize profitability.
∎ Collaborate on marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain loyal customers.
∎ Ensure the resort is well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically appealing.
∎ Ensure the resort complies with health, safety, and legal regulations.
∎ Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
