• Excellent communication and persuasion skill.

• Problem-solving skill using innovation and ingenuity            

• Coordination with stakeholders

• Obtain all required approvals, permits, NOCs, and statutory clearances from relevant government authorities and regulatory agencies.

• Coordinate with agencies such as RAJUK, Civil Aviation, WASA, Gas, Electricity, Fire Service, City Corporation, Traffic Police, and the Department of Environment to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on all applications and official correspondence to ensure timely approvals.

• Liaise with government officials and external stakeholders to resolve approval-related issues and expedite project requirements.

• Ensure permanent and temporary utility connections, including water, sewerage, gas, and electricity.

• Maintain accurate records of approvals, permits, licenses, and statutory documents for audit and compliance purposes.

• Monitor the status of applications, track deadlines, and provide regular progress updates to management and relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the approval and documentation process.
