Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

• Lead and supervise the sales team to maximize performance.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and sales negotiations.

• Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management.

• Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline.

• MBA will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

• Experience in the Real Estate sector will be given preference.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Additional Requirements:

• Male candidates only.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
