  • Good understanding of market trends and decision-making.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

Prime Bank Securities Limited, a subsidiary of Prime Bank Limited, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Relationship Manager in the Trading & Sales Department.

Position: Mid-Level

Department: Trading & Sales

Location: Dhaka (Motijheel, Dhanmondi, Nikunja & Mirpur), Rajshahi

Probation Period: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales and revenue.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including institutional investors.

  • Understand clients’ investment goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.

  • Offer tailored investment advice and solutions.

  • Promote products and services (equities and fixed income).

  • Provide market insights and economic analysis.

  • Ensure smooth trade execution and post-trade support.

  • Meet brokerage and sales targets.

  • Identify and manage High Net Worth (HNW) clients.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
