Additional Requirements:
- Strong IT skills and hands-on experience with expense processing/accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, analysis, reporting).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, and secretarial functions, preferably in brokerage house or financial institutions.
- Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and integrity.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Company Secretarial functions & RJSC related works with assistance from consultant.
Finance & Accounts Operations:
- Reconcile deposit and withdrawal transactions on a daily basis.
- Ensure timely withdrawal processing for client and company accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlements.
- Process and record expenses with proper documentation.
- Assist in regulatory reporting and compliance with accounting and capital market standards.
- Contribute to teamwork, process improvement, and innovation within Finance & Operations.
