Job Context:
∎ Prime Bank Securities Limited, a subsidiary of Prime Bank Limited is looking for a smart, energetic, hardworking, proactive and self-motivated full-time professional with a good academic background from reputed institutions for immediate recruitment to the following post:
∎ As the key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the MD & CEO of the Company and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will have the primary day to day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the Company's Financial Operation.
∎ Prepare yearly financial budget.
∎ Manage Internal & overall Financial Control System and Accounting Procedures.
∎ Prepare yearly Financial Statement(s) & present to the Board of Directors
∎ Ensure that all Accounts related activities are in compliance with applicable laws & regulations of Regulatory Bodies and the Company.
∎ Ensure submission of all Finance and Accounts related regulatory reports in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure Company's Tax and Vat documentation are done properly.
∎ Correspond/communicate with Auditors & Tax Advisors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Three year's minimum experience as a CFO, preferably in the same industry.
∎ Experience in working with External Auditors, Internal Controls and Compliance related issues.
∎ Personal Attributes:
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
∎ Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise strong judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
