Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in C.S.E from reputed private or public universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular activities like DSE & CSE file processing for next day, intra-day file processing,
∎ To configure and maintain "TWS" whish's connected to Dhaka Stock Exchange Server & also maintain CSE uniform "TWS".
∎ Sending regular emails to client and making sure clients are receiving emails on timely basis.
∎ To Install & Configure SQL Server/Oracle Server, Software Full Package, data Backup and Restore.
∎ Providing support to internal users to ensure smooth operations and trouble-free trading.
∎ Provide Trouble shooting on immediate notice like software & hardware issues, breakdown in the system of windows OS, server OS etc.
∎ Managing hosting server of website & email.
∎ Monitoring Network connectivity, Hardware health and ensuring timely escalation of issues to maintain 99.99% uptime of Trading.
∎ Possessing and Updating the Asset List and monitoring the allocation of IT assets to end users.
∎ Interact and train the end users to use company applications, Mail, etc.
∎ Creating and maintaining the Standard Operating Procedure and other IT operations and functions documentation.
∎ Vendor management and making sure purchases are followed by proper process, approval and quality.
∎ Maintaining IT issues logged properly and resolving them on time, if necessary, escalates issues to vendors for resolution.
∎ Understanding the available reporting in BackOffice and the source of data, logic of the report.
∎ Generating reports for various reporting needs, stakeholders reporting, internal use, on-demand reasons.
∎ Reconciliation and ensuring Data is being stored in Data in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Identifying data related and reporting related issues and escalating this to vendor immediately and following up until full resolution.
∎ Reporting Data Integrity
∎ Understanding the changes required in reporting for a change in any law/rules/requirements
∎ Knowing the latest trends in technology and industry practices
∎ Good working understanding of the API, Cloud, Networking and hardware.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in debugging & troubleshooting software.
∎ Basic Programming Languages & database.
∎ Proficiency in software engineering tools.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations of a Brokerage or a related field.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent in Microsoft Office Package.
∎ Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
