∎ Prepare Manpower Planning & allocation
∎ Efficiency & capacity assessment & analysis
∎ Prepare operational layout plan with man, machine & prouct mix
∎ Train workers with easy & standard methods to develop skilled workforce
∎ Prepare & analyze daily line, floor, section wise production, qualityk, effciency report in regular basis.
∎ Operation Breakdown & layout
∎ capacity Graph
∎ Production Study
∎ Production Planning Execution
∎ Participate in PP Meeting
∎ Operator Assessment
∎ Operator increment file make
∎ Motion improvent & record.
∎ Method Development & record
∎ Audit & campaign
∎ Follow up wash send and receive
∎ Data Collection & Entry.
