Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborating with designers and product development teams to conceptualize and develop new denim garments based on market trends, customer preferences, and brand requirements.
∎ Identifying and sourcing raw materials such as denim fabric, trims, and accessories from suppliers, negotiating pricing, terms, and ensuring timely delivery to meet production schedules.
∎ Conducting cost analysis for denim garments, including fabric, trims, labor, and overhead costs, to determine competitive pricing strategies that align with market demands and profit margins.
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, buyers, and stakeholders. Acting as a primary point of contact for major accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
∎ Implementing and monitoring quality control processes to ensure denim products meet specified standards and customer expectations. Addressing quality issues promptly and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
∎ Managing the end-to-end supply chain for denim products, including sourcing raw materials, managing inventory levels, and optimizing logistics to minimize lead times and costs.
