Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Management of 40 Lines Woven (Denim) Garments.
∎ Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical systems and machinery in the factory, including sewing machines, boilers, compressors, air conditioning systems, and generators.
∎ Lead and manage a team of mechanical technicians and engineers.
∎ Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
∎ Ensure all mechanical operations comply with local labor and safety regulations, including fire and environmental safety standards.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety risks and take corrective measures.
∎ Continuously monitor and analyze machine performance to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare annual budgets for machinery maintenance, spare parts, and utilities.
∎ Manage the inventory of spare parts and ensure timely procurement to avoid downtime.
∎ Coordinate with the production, quality assurance, and compliance teams to ensure alignment of mechanical systems with operational needs.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on machine efficiency, maintenance activities, downtime analysis, and operational costs to management.
