Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Professional certification in KPI will be an added advantage.
Must have proven experience in KPI implementation.
Must have proven experience in KPI setting and implementation.
Professional expertise in MS Excel and Power BI will be preferred.
Develop, implement, and maintain the performance management system, ensuring it aligns with the organization`s goals and objectives.
Continuously refine performance management processes, tools, and policies to enhance effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment of performance management with business strategy.
Lead the annual performance review cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
Ensure timely completion of all performance management activities across the organization.
Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance management processes and tools.
Assist in the development of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
Ensure that individual performance objectives are aligned with broader organizational goals.
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for development.
Generate regular performance management reports for leadership, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of performance management data.
Identify and implement best practices in performance management.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in performance management systems and processes.
Solicit feedback from employees and managers to continually improve the performance management experience.
