Manager, Corporate HR & People Operations

Experience Group is looking for a capable, organized, and forward-thinking HR professional to lead and strengthen our central corporate HR team.

This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience in the apparel, textile, garments, accessories, or manufacturing industry and understands the practical realities of both corporate HR and factory-based HR operations.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Group HR GM / Head of HR and will act as a key execution leader for the central HR function. The role will be responsible for guiding the corporate HR team, coordinating with factory HR teams, supporting recruitment, improving HR systems, maintaining HR documentation, strengthening employer branding, and helping build a more structured and professional HR department across the group.

The candidate must be hands-on, tech-savvy, disciplined, and capable of guiding junior HR team members. A strong professional network and active LinkedIn presence will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and supervise the central corporate HR team.

Work closely with the Group HR GM / Head of HR to implement group-wide HR plans, policies, and processes.

Coordinate with factory-level HR teams across different companies within the group.

Support recruitment for corporate, management, technical, and selected factory-level positions.

Prepare and improve job descriptions, job posts, interview formats, candidate shortlists, and recruitment trackers.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, BDJobs, referrals, professional networks, and direct headhunting.

Maintain proper HR documentation, employee records, organograms, appointment letters, job descriptions, and HR reports.

Support the implementation and use of HRM software, attendance systems, employee databases, and digital HR tools.

Improve HR reporting, data tracking, and follow-up systems.

Support employer branding through LinkedIn, professional job posts, hiring announcements, and employee engagement content.

Guide junior HR team members and improve their professional capability.

Assist in preparing and updating HR policies, SOPs, KPI formats, and internal HR processes.

Support employee engagement, orientation, training coordination, and basic learning and development activities.

Help standardize corporate HR practices across the group.

Maintain professional communication with department heads, factory HR teams, and senior management.

Ensure confidentiality, discipline, and professionalism in all HR-related matters.

Support the HR GM / Head of HR in building a more modern, structured, and technology-driven HR function for the group.
