∎ B.Sc in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) from SUST/BUET
∎ Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to Management to set the targets and draft and designing the layout of the machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate Maximum efficiency.
∎ Maintain IE Department SOP and KPI's
∎ Ensure the productivity & efficiency of total production process.
∎ Ensure the accuracy of all data and reports.
∎ Motivate the team to achieve planned targets.
∎ Conduct Training to team as required.
∎ Communicate with management, staff and workers to develop production and design standards.
∎ Method improvement and SMW reduction.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior pertaining to the safety, quality, compliance issues, and efficiency of the factory.
∎ Any other task as and when assign by Management.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
