Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure the proper joining process is followed for all new hires, including the collection and verification of all required joining documents, preparation of personal files, and compliance with organizational requirements.

  • Act as custodian of all employee personal files and serve as the focal point for addressing audit observations.

  • Maintain and update cloud-based personnel files to ensure complete compliance with documentation standards and record-keeping requirements.

  • Prepare and assign monthly rosters in the HRMS for all roster-based employees.

  • Address employee queries related to leave policies, benefits, and entitlements.

  • Oversee attendance management and facilitate regularization to support accurate payroll processing and smooth HR operations.

  • Maintain accurate leave records in accordance with policy

  • Ensure timely updates and accuracy of all staff data within HR systems.

  • Coordinate health check-up schedules and manage insurance inclusion data, ensuring timely communication and coordination with external vendors regarding IPD.

  • Prepare and submit various HR reports as required by the organization.

  • Collaborate with HR team on diverse HR projects and initiatives
