Responsibilities & Context:
Talent Management:
Responsible for all talent recruitment and people development to make sure the sustainable talent pipeline.
Responsible for annual appraisal interview, mid year appraisal interview in coordination with line managers and France HQ.
HR Operations:
Responsible for ensuring integrated attendance and leave management and HR databases.
Monitor key HR metrics and prepare different kinds of HR reports such as salary report, attendance report, leave report.
Responsible for HR strategy, policy making and implementation to support success of business.
Responsible for doing HR related communication. Assist BOM and conduct disciplinary action to ensure compliance and labor law.We offer competitive remuneration and benefits packages.
Provide basic counseling to employees who have performance, behavioral, attendance related obstacles.
Compensation & Benefits:
Responsible for preparing monthly employee payroll, final settlement of resigned employees and confirming other allowances such as mobile bill and overtime.
Responsible for group medical insurance renewal and review, medical claims settlements.
Provide support to ensure reliable employees compensation and benefits schemes as per the labor law.
Maintain Provident Fund beneficiary related documents after confirmation, and staff PF statement and balance.
Employee Engagement:
Be culture ambassador for company culture transmission.
Determining best ways to engage employees, such as through events or recognition programs.
Training & Development:
Arranging, coordinating and ensuring training programs and evaluating the impact assessment.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Engage and drive organization development topics such as organization restructuring, and promote diversification & inclusion.
