Responsibilities & Context:

Team management

-          Sharing and explaining group values and targets;

-          Distributing work among teams and individuals;

-          Managing and adjusting the organization - recruiting;

-          Setting and monitoring team and individual’s targets;

-          Coaching managers and driving individuals.

Operation management

-        Right product : product development in line with TF and brand’s needs , respect the vendor sharing validated by Global sourcing team.

-        Right price: best industrial price reached through costing breakdown, industrial understanding of production process;

-        Right quantity: industrial understanding of minimum order and production quantities including lead times breakdown;

-      Right quality: applying and guaranteeing brand’s quality standards and group’s policy (ethical and environmental ) throughout the whole process from supplier’s selection to good’s shipment;

-     Right time: ensuring production control through lead time breakdown and monitoring, shipment on time, follow the process applied for the value chain of flow

-          Office management:

o   Finance & accounting: relation with internal or third party accounting company, local bank, group’s internal finance controlling and treasury department;

o  Budget control: ensuring office’s running expenses within yearly budget

o   Legal and HR: relation with third party HR / social secretary as well as group’s internal HR and legal department;

o   Office operation: setting up office operational budget and monitoring as well as daily office issues with the support of internal staff.

  • Factories management :

o   Pilot and manage a panel of factories respecting social & environmental requirement of the group.

o   Regular follow up of the operational KPIs and set up action plan to reach the target.

Project management

Implementation of group strategies and ensuring its correct achievement within due time.
