Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR Operations (NGO experience preferred).
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Familiarity with HR Software is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Must be ready to accept additional responsibilities as given by the supervisor and ready to work beyond working hours, at times, for the greater interest of the organization as and when needed
Job Context
GK was created in 1972 with two visions. Firstly, "the fate of the poor decides the fate of the country". Secondly, the "development of the country depends on the development of women". Since 2017, Gonoshasthaya Kendra (GK) and Concern Worldwide have entered in a partnership to respond to the Rohingya crisis in Cox`s Bazar & Bhasanchar
Job Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment cycle by sourcing potential candidates, conducting background checks, and aiding in the shortlisting process. Assist with the preparation and issuance of employment contracts.
Organize and schedule various HR-related meetings, interviews, and special events. Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for newly hired employees.
Oversee the collection and verification of timesheets for accurate payroll processing.
Maintain updated staff files (both hard copy and soft copy)
Ensure proper documentation of contracts, personal records, and HR forms
Maintain strict confidentiality of all HR-related information.
· Maintain Time Sheets of all project-based staff.
Manage timesheets and leave data using HR Software.
Maintain the recruitment tracker and update it regularly.
Support the onboarding process for newly recruited staff.
Maintain and regularly update the staff master sheet.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and update HR-related information.
Work closely with HR and Finance teams on HR tasks.
Coordinate with other departments for documentation and HR processes.
Support preparation of staff ID cards.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor and perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Carry out any additional assignments per her/his position entrusted with the GK Management from time to time and mutually agreed upon.

Due to the emergency response nature of GK`s work, hours of work may vary, and employees should be flexible in approaching hours of work in emergency conditions.·
The employee must respect the timetable, terms, and conditions of Gonoshasthaya Kendra and should always be available to respond to an emergency.
