Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Hotel Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience as an HR & Training Manager within an upper-upscale or premium hospitality environment.
Proven track record with international hotel brands in the Dhaka market serves as an added advantage.
Must possess an excellent command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Comprehensive functional knowledge of modern Hotel HR Management Systems (HRM), automated payroll tracking architectures, and biometric attendance interfaces.
Strong structural grounding in industrial compliance framework setup, personnel training strategies, and employee welfare policies.
Deep psychological acumen with sharp analytical execution capabilities to establish balanced organizational communication mechanisms.
Refined professional grooming, high emotional intelligence, and explicit strategic planning focus tailored for an agile on-site team setup.
The incumbent will remain operationally accountable for structuring, regulating, and advancing the overarching human resource pipelines and organizational learning blueprints for the property. The foundational focus centers on deploying agile recruitment structures, administering metric-driven compliance monitoring systems, tracking payroll logistics, and driving talent development frameworks to fortify a productive operational culture ahead of the hotel’s full commercial launch.
Formulate and govern integrated HR strategies, internal regulatory policies, and compliance parameters aligned with local labor statutes.
Direct end-to-end recruitment pipelines, from sourcing strategies to technical interviewing and onboarding architectures across hospitality divisions.
Design, implement, and track standard hospitality training methodologies, language/service standard development programs, and department-specific skill development curriculums.
Manage specialized Hotel HRM software installations, administering end-to-end biometric data systems, leave structures, and centralized payroll operations.
Establish comprehensive employee engagement plans, workplace welfare mechanisms, and performance evaluation metrics to maintain institutional motivation and retention.
Act as a direct strategic consultant to Department Heads and Executive Management regarding organizational structuring, conflict resolution, and human psychology dynamics.
Support property readiness tasks throughout the pre-opening timeline to match corporate launch benchmarks scheduled for late 2026.
