Responsibilities & Context:
Human Resources Management:
Lead and manage the overall HR & Administration functions of the company
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
Ensure full compliance with the Bangladesh labor law and other relevant employment regulations
Handle recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, disciplinary action, resignation, and employee separation processes
Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and HR documentation in the ERP system
Monitor employee performance appraisals, KPI evaluation, and workforce productivity systems
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement professionally
Build and maintain a positive organizational culture, discipline, and healthy working environment
Coordinate employee training, development, and succession planning initiatives
Support management in organizational restructuring, manpower planning, and policy development
Administration’s Office Management:
Supervise all administrative operations and office maintenance activities
Manage office assets, utility services, logistics, and workplace facilities efficiently
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of office vehicles, pool cars, and transportation support
Coordinate and supervise the vehicle support team for route management, insurance, fitness certification, registration, and maintenance schedules
Supervise and maintain support staff, including:
- Administrative support personnel
-Drivers
- Office Assistants / Peons
- Cleaners
-Security Guards
Ensure discipline, duty roster management, attendance monitoring, and operational efficiency of support staff
Monitor office safety, security, cleanliness, and overall administrative control
Coordinate with multiple Directors/Shareholders regarding administrative, operational, and organizational matters
Ensure the proper maintenance of office premises, company accommodations, and utilities
Corporate, ERP s Compliance Responsibilities:
Maintain confidentiality and professional corporate communication standards
Must be familiar with ERP systems and HR/Admin software operations
Prepare HR, administrative, and compliance reports for management
Coordinate with legal advisors, vendors, government authorities, and external agencies when required
Ensure compliance with audit requirements, insurance matters, labor inspections, and corporate governance standards
Support management in strategic organizational planning and workforce management
Maintain proper documentation and regulatory records as per company and statutory requirements
