Job Summary

Tutor Provide is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing team. The selected candidate will work closely with management to manage recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and overall HR operations.

Responsibilities

* Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.

* Support employee performance and development.

* Maintain HR policies and documentation.

* Assist in employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.

* Handle employee relations and HR-related issues.

Requirements
