Job Summary
Tutor Provide is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Officer to manage the regular financial activities of the company and support administrative monitoring tasks. The selected candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, monitoring employee KPIs, checking attendance, and performing other financial and authority-assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update daily company accounts and financial records
Prepare and assist in financial reports and statements
Monitor and verify employee KPI reports and attendance records
Process invoices, payments, and expense records
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Coordinate with management regarding financial and operational updates
Assist in budgeting and financial tracking
Perform other accounting or administrative tasks assigned by management
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a reputable company as a Junior Accounts Officer / Accounts Assistant or similar role
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Different Accounting software will be an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and reporting skills
