Responsibilities & Context: HR:
Handling factory recruitment procedure, joining & Exit, confirmation, promotion, transfer, compensation & benefits, attendance, leave management, training & development, disciplinary actions, employee relations, grievance handling, performance management, etc.
Establish and maintain a peaceful Industrial Relationship between management and workers.
Admin:
Manage administrative functions, including factory housekeeping, transport, and security.
Liaise regularly with local and national regulatory authorities such as the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE), the Labor Directorate, the Fire Service, and the environmental ministry.
Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies to ensure employees’ safety as well as to constantly develop incident response readiness.
Supervise administrative staff and support HR in employee onboarding, exit, and discipline processes.
Develop and improve SOP for administrative operations.
Any assignment as assigned by the top management.
