Experience:
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding process including Staff ID creation, appointment letter preparation, documentation verification, HRIS update, and ID card issuance.
Process employee lifecycle letters such as confirmation, transfer, promotion, increment, redesignation, recontract, and any change in reporting structure in coordination with HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
Prepare and process separation documents including acceptance of resignation, release letters, and NOC / experience letters, and ensure timely forwarding to the personnel department for final settlement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personal files and HRIS records ensuring zero data discrepancy and full compliance with document management guidelines.
Support payroll processing by updating HRIS, reconciling active salary data with business units, and submitting finalized data to the Finance department within the monthly deadline.
Coordinate with HRBPs and business clusters to facilitate the confirmation process by preparing evaluation sheets and updating records accordingly.
Handle leave entry, LFA processing, and medical treatment facilitation including letter preparation and HRIS updates within defined turnaround times.
Provide administrative support to recruitment and selection activities including CV summary preparation, candidate communication, and coordination of assessment programs.
Support HR induction programs for new joiners by coordinating communication, logistics, and onboarding portal setup.
Contribute to HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and automation efforts including onboarding system enhancements and ID card portal management.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, official correspondence, and other operational documents ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery.
