Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for handling the procurement process for local tools, machineries & administrative tools.
Review the assigned Purchase Requisition (PR) and its specifications meticulously; analyse user needs and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) to appropriate vendors/suppliers. Follow up with suppliers for proper quotation.
Conduct evaluation of commercial and technical aspect of the received quotation(s). collaborate & guide the end user for technical review and shortlist suitable supplier(s). proceed to negotiate for the optimal commercial value for RSGT Bangladesh. Convert the PRs into approved purchase orders (PO) and proceed for approval through appropriate channels and stakeholders.
