• Minimum 5 years of experience at Customs, Shipping Line, Freight Forwarding, Port Operations or operational field of export-import sector.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in a white-collar environment

• Ensure 100% uptime of RSGT One-Stop service centre entire workflow, oversee the assignment booking and assignment slip issuing process, collaborate with finance team lead for invoice generation and payment verification.   

• Maintain collaboration and coordinate with concerned parties to resolve any technical issue in TOS, Asycuda, CTMS or any other linked system that may hamper One Stop service.

• Supervise the rectification of booking related issues reported by the gate and yard team during container receiving and delivery.

• Supervise the team's work for accuracy, providing guidance and rectifying issues as needed to ensure all documentation is 100% correct and to prevent service failures.

• Ensure compliance with all HSSE policies, directives, and legal requirements. This includes maintaining accurate records and adhering to document archiving and retrieval protocols.

• Liaise with external partners (e.g., C&F and others) to ensure the timely and accurate provision of data for processes like PCT and SCY deliveries.
