Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary: Kloud Project Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth workforce management in alignment with company policies. The HR Officer will handle the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and training. As the sole HR personnel in the company, the role requires someone dynamic, smart, and able to balance both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing
- Post job advertisements, shortlist CVs, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
Policy & Compliance
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies in line with labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company standards.
HR Operations
- Maintain daily attendance and leave records.
- Prepare and manage payroll, salary adjustments, and employee benefits.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the point of contact for employee grievances and provide resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and arrange internal/external sessions.
- Monitor employee performance and support career development.
Exit Management:
- Manage resignations, final settlements, and clearance procedures
