We are currently seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Front Desk Executive.
Position Overview: The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the retail outlet, managing customer interactions, handling financial transactions, and supporting overall administrative functions. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and delivering top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, issue receipts, and maintain a balanced cash register.
- Roster Management: Maintain and update staff rosters, ensuring adequate staffing levels for smooth operations.
- Day-End Closing: Responsible for reconciling cash, credit card transactions, and completing day-end account closing procedures.
- Inventory Reports: Track and report inventory levels for the respective outlet, ensuring proper stock control and efficient ordering of supplies.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as required, including filing, reporting, and maintaining records.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor and ensure that all operations run smoothly, adhering to company policies and standards.
- Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns professionally, providing solutions or escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely service delivery.
