Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Answer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and handle orders and transactions.
Customer Relationship Building:
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
Develop personalized customer interactions to foster loyalty and retention.
Monitor customer data within CRM systems to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Feedback Management:
Collect customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and interactions.
Analyze feedback to identify recurring issues and implement necessary changes to enhance customer experience.
