Types of work:

  • Sell Products using online platform, by talking with customers & making deals through Phone calls, Facebook, Messenger, Website & Tiktok.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, Email, Facebook, Messenger, Tiktok, WhatsApp or chat.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints effectively, aiming for timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Answer all inquiries, provide authentic information about products, company policies, Orders, Delivery related update information & others offer details when needed.
  • Report back data of whole day work to Management / authority on different platforms (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheet, Doc, etc.)
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Develop personalized customer interactions to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Monitor customer data, follow all updated systems to analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and interactions.
  • Understand all the situations and take responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking.
