Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources at Kloud Project Ltd. The ideal candidate will manage both local and overseas recruitment, ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain strong employee relations, and coordinate training programs—including food safety. This role is key to maintaining an efficient, engaged, and law-compliant workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseas Recruitment: Handle full-cycle international hiring processes, including documentation, coordination with agencies, and legal compliance.

  • Employee Relations: Foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture through strong interpersonal engagement.

  • Policy Development & Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies in alignment with labor law and company values.

  • Legal Compliance: Ensure HR practices fully comply with Bangladeshi labor laws, safety standards, and other legal obligations.

  • Employee Training & Development: Organize onboarding and continuous learning programs for employees across all departments.

  • Food Safety Training: Conduct and manage hygiene and food safety training, particularly for kitchen and handling staff.

  • Employee File Management: Maintain accurate records of all employee-related data, contracts, and documentation.

  • Attendance & Leave Tracking:

  • Monitor attendance, manage leave records, and generate monthly reports for payroll and evaluation purposes.
