Responsibilities & Context:
Customer Service
- Greet and interact with customers politely and professionally
- Listen to customer queries, complaints, and feedback attentively and provide prompt solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business
Order & Service Management
- Accurately receive, process, and deliver customer orders
- Maintain service standards and follow company policies
- Inform customers about offers, promotions, and product details
Sales Support
- Increase sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Recommend appropriate products/services based on customer needs
- Actively contribute to achieving daily sales targets
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen, riders, and other team members to ensure timely service delivery
- Provide regular reports to the Branch Manager/Supervisor
- Maintain teamwork and a positive work environment
Administrative Tasks
- Record customer information and feedback properly
- Prepare daily sales and customer service reports
- Comply with company policies, safeguarding principles, and labour laws
