Education:

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

• CA (CC) or partly qualified ICMA/ACCA

• Mandatory experience working directly with government bodies (VAT/TAX)

Skills Required: Accounting Software,Analytical and Decision making ability,Collaboration and Teamwork,Microsoft Office,Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multit,VAT and Tax

Additional Requirements:

• Age 28 to 40 years

• 5-6 Hours Day, This position may be assigned to the evening shift.

Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proper bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliation

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial statements

• Vendor/supplier payments, and receivables

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh accounting standards, VAT, TAX & company policies

• Prepare and submit VAT/TAX documents as required

• Review and process invoices, bills, and payment vouchers

• Support internal audits and coordinate with external auditors

• Monitor cash flow, daily expenses, and fund management

• Prepare monthly reports and share with Head Office

• Work closely with the Head Office Accounts Team for financial planning, reporting, and documentation

• Support other departments (HR, Supply Chain, Operations) in financial matters
