Job Context

Kloud Project Limited, a leading food and restaurant chain company, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to lead our Accounts Department. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting and financial activities, ensuring compliance, and guiding the accounts team to maintain financial health and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Department and supervise all financial activities of the company.

• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.

• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.

• Oversee payroll management, supplier/vendor payments, and receivables.

• Maintain compliance with Bangladesh accounting standards, taxation laws, and company policies.

• Review and approve financial reports, invoices, and payment vouchers.

• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.

• Monitor and optimize cash flow, expense control, and fund management.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

• Train, mentor, and manage junior accountants and accounts staff.

• Collaborate with other departments (HR, Supply Chain, Operations) to ensure smooth financial operations.
