Responsibilities & Context: Job Purpose:
The Front Desk Associate will act as the Branch Representative and will be responsible for managing overall branch operations, including customer service, sales growth, team coordination, and daily reporting. This position requires strong leadership, multitasking ability, and a professional approach to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Branch & Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch
- Supervise team members (waiters, kitchen staff, helpers, riders, etc.) and guide them in their roles
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and discipline across the branch
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain team
Customer Service Excellence
- Greet and interact with customers professionally
- Handle queries, feedback, and complaints in a polite and effective manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business through quality service
Sales & Business Growth
- Take initiatives to increase daily sales volume
- Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Analyze customer demand and suggest offers/promotions to management
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and motivate the branch team towards achieving goals
- Train new staff in customer service and operational standards
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and punctuality of team member
Financial & Administrative Tasks
- Manage billing and cash handling at the branch
- Maintain sales records, daily reports, and customer logs
- Prepare and submit reports to Head Office (Accounts, Operations, HR)
- Support audit and compliance requirements
