Responsibilities & Context:
Welcome and guide clients with a warm, professional approach.
Actively promote aesthetic treatments and packages to meet monthly sales targets.
Convert walk-in and call inquiries into confirmed appointments.
Counsel clients on treatment options to maximize satisfaction and sales.
Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential leads.
Support doctors by ensuring clients are well-informed and ready for procedures.
Handle billing, record-keeping, and reception-related tasks accurately.
Provide clients with clear information about treatments and services.
