  • Good Typing skill Experience in the relevant sector will be highly valued.

  • Fluent and well-spoken in English and Bangla

  • Quick learner with adaptability to new skills and processes

  • Target-driven, with proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals

  • Strong communication and client-handling skills

  • Proactive problem-solver, able to provide fast and effective solutions

  • ⁠Experience in Aesthetic sector will be more valued.

  • Willing to work on a roster basis.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Handle Patient calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.

  2. Schedule and Confirm Appointments

  3. Maintain Patient data with Confidentiality.

  4. Follow up with Leads and Patients.

  5. Support basic Sales and Service Coordination.

  6. Ensure Strong communication Skills (Spoken & Written)

  7. Possess Good Typing and Data Entry skills.

  8. Willing to work on Roster base 3 Shifts -

    Saturday - Thursday:
    Morning: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
    Day: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
    Night: 06:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Work from Home)

    Friday -
    Day: 01:30 PM - 8:00 PM
    Night: 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Work from Home)



Job Other Benifits:
  • Salary Review: Yearly
  • Festival Bonus: 2
    • Incentive on conversion.

    • No caps on Incentive.

    • Incentive rate increases with total conversion numbers.
