Responsibilities & Context:
যোগাযোগ: ফোন কল গ্রহণ করা, রোগীদের জিজ্ঞাসাগুলোর উত্তর দেওয়া এবং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বার্তা গ্রহণ করে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগে পাঠানো।
রোগী ব্যবস্থাপনা: রোগীদের অভ্যর্থনা জানানো, তাদের রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করা এবং তাদের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সরবরাহ করা।
অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট এবং শিডিউলিং: ডাক্তারদের সাথে রোগীদের অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট ঠিক করা এবং ডাক্তারের সময়সূচি পরিচালনা করা।
