Educational Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Business Studies, English, or HR preferred).Degrees in HRM, Administration, Communication, or Customer Service will be considered an advantage. 

Experience Requirements :

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Front Desk / Reception

  • Hotel or Hospitality Services

  • IT Enabled Services

  • Education Consultancy / School Front Office

  • E-commerce, Airport, Marketing, or Customer Service centers

  • Experience in a dynamic front-office setting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:

About the Role :

We are seeking a well-presented, articulate, and proactive Receptionist / Front Desk Executive (Female) to become the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all visitors while efficiently managing day-to-day administrative and front-desk operations.

This role is crucial in shaping the experience of prospective clients, partners, job applicants, and guests reflecting our broader commitment to excellent customer service and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities :

Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.

  • Manage visitor logs, ID checks, and basic security protocols.

  • Adhere to SOPs as given by management.

Communication Handling

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.

  • Provide accurate information regarding company services, processes, or office locations.

  • Maintain excellent communication flow between departments.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and interview slots.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and document flow.

  • Execute filing, data entry, documentation, and basic reporting tasks.

  • Coordinate with HR to support onboarding tasks: preparing documents, greeting new hires, etc.

  • Assist departments with administrative requirements when needed.

HR & Engagement Support

  • Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate follow-ups, and assist in recruitment logistics.

  • Support HR initiatives including employee engagement activities, event coordination, and documentation.

  • Assist during training sessions by coordinating schedules, materials, and meeting rooms.

Experience Requirements :

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in:

  • Front Desk / Reception

  • Hotel or Hospitality Services

  • IT Enabled Services

  • Education Consultancy / School Front Office

  • E-commerce, Airport, Marketing, or Customer Service centers

  • Experience in a dynamic front-office setting is highly preferred.
