Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and provide information about Study Abroad programs

  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and follow-up communications

  • Maintain student files and schedule appointments

  • Respond to emails, Messenger, and WhatsApp messages

  • Provide administrative and documentation support to the counseling team

  • Ensure a clean and organized front desk environment
