Proficiency in MS Office and email communication will be an advantage

Provide accurate visa counseling for different countries
Guide students and clients on visa requirements and documentation
Prepare, review, and follow up visa files
Analyze visa refusal cases and suggest solutions
Maintain professional service standards of the organization
