• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)

• Manage social media accounts, content scheduling, and engagement strategies

• Monitor and optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI

• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights

• Design creative visuals and ad copies in coordination with the design team

• Maintain marketing calendars, track budgets, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns

• Support the counseling and sales team with digital marketing content and reporting
