Experience:
Manage the day-to-day workflow of the Chief Human Resource Officer (managing the CHROs’ calendars, scheduling meetings with stakeholders, keeping the CHRO informed of daily messages and events, communicating with other departments regarding events that concern the CHRO.
Make arrangements for CHROs’ external visits both domestically and internationally.
Coordinate guests' visits to the CHROs’ Offices (in conjunction with other departments as required).
Act as the primary point of contact with the CHROs’ Offices for the rest of the University.
Manage communications and outreach from the CHROs’ Offices.
Draft minutes and meeting notes, briefing documents, correspondence, and other material as required.
Maintain and administer contact, initiative, and assignment databases.
Ensure that all documents are recorded and filed electronically.
Develop a clear understanding of the goals and priorities of the CHROs’ Offices.
Help follow up with the HR team on all group projects, assignments and tasks. Assist with other duties as assigned by the CHRO.
The Executive Assistant is required at all times to maintain complete confidentiality and to understand the sensitivity of the work that is done in the CHROs’ Office.
