  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Well Behaved


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Support the HR and administrative teams with clerical and coordination tasks as required.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to company security policies.
  • Provide general information to clients, visitors, and staff regarding company operations.
