Responsibilities & Context: - Greet parents, children and visitors warmly & professionally.
- Answer phone calls, Provide accurate information about school programs, therapy services, fees, and schedules.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure visitors follow center policies.
- Support parents during student admission, assessment booking, and therapy enrollment.
- Maintain up-to-date student files, therapy charts, and daily attendance.
- Communicate with therapists and teachers regarding any parent messages or special requests.
- Manage therapy session schedules (OT, SLT, ABA, Special Education, etc.).
- Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and therapist availability adjustments.
- Confirm daily appointments with parents and ensure timely sessions.
- Inform parents in case of therapist leave or schedule changes.
- Provide monthly bills, therapy packages, and payment details to parents.
- Receive payments (cash/MFS/bank) and issue receipts. Listen to parents’ concerns with empathy and refer them to the appropriate therapist/manager.
- Follow up with new leads, inquiries, and prospective clients.
- Report any incidents, emergencies, or unusual situations immediately to management.
