Experience Requirement
Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles.
English Language Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Able to assist foreign buyers and investors confidently.
Skilled in handling English phone conversations and email correspondence.
Able to draft short notes, client messages, and reports in English.
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skilled in email communication, typing, and maintaining digital records.
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
Able to operate office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier).
Comfortable with CRM or client database systems.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Visitor Reception
Welcome buyers, landowners, investors, and guests politely and professionally.
Provide basic information about projects, land availability, and company services.
Guide visitors to the appropriate department (Sales, Accounts, Management, etc.).
Communication Management
Answer and forward calls regarding property inquiries, project details, and appointments.
Respond promptly to emails, WhatsApp messages, and online queries.
Communicate confidently in English with local and international clients.
Appointment & Meeting Coordination
Schedule meetings, consultations, and land visit appointments.
Maintain an organized appointment calendar for management and sales teams.
Arrange meeting rooms for client presentations and discussions.
Administrative Support
Maintain visitor logs, client inquiry sheets, and follow-up records.
Assist with documentation related to land sales, agreements, and brochures.
Handle data entry, scanning, photocopying, and filing tasks as needed.
Front Desk & Office Maintenance
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Keep project brochures, flyers, and promotional materials updated.
Coordinate with administration to replenish office supplies.
Security & Visitor Management
Record all visitor details and issue visitor passes.
Report suspicious or unusual activities to management.
Support implementation of office security protocols.
