Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptionally experienced Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing with a proven track record in high-value property and land sales, marketing strategy, and business development. This senior leadership role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in real estate, resort management, land development, and investor engagement. The role involves driving strategic growth, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performance sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end sales and marketing strategy for all company projects including resorts, residential, commercial properties, and land sales.

  • Identify, nurture, and secure high-value clients, investors, and corporate partnerships.

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and sales ROI.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare high-level investment proposals, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts.

  • Oversee property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events for maximum impact.

  • Negotiate contracts, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships to drive company growth.

  • Mentor and manage the sales and marketing team, enhancing their performance and productivity.

  • Monitor and report key performance indicators, providing insights and actionable recommendations to the leadership team.

  • Collaborate with project development, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless alignment of sales goals with business objectives.

  • Build and maintain the company’s brand reputation and client trust in the real estate market.

  • Develop resort, land, and property portfolios, ensuring high sales share and revenue growth.
